1. Overview
StageGrid Systems ("StageGrid Systems", "we", "us") operates this website and the browser-based application LogicDMX Studio (the "Studio"). This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices available to you. We aim to collect as little personal data as is reasonably necessary to operate the website and the Studio.
2. Data in LogicDMX Studio
LogicDMX Studio is designed to keep your work on your own device. Fixture projects,
mappings, personalities, and related configuration that you create in the Studio are
stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays in
your browser and is not transmitted to our servers as part of normal Studio use.
Because this data lives in your browser, clearing your browser storage, using private browsing, or switching browsers or devices may remove or hide your projects. You are responsible for exporting and backing up any work you want to keep. We cannot recover locally stored projects on your behalf.
3. Website data and logging
When you visit this website, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver pages and maintain security and reliability. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, referring pages, and timestamps. This information is standard server log data common to most websites.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to provide in order to respond to your message.
6. Retention
Server log data is retained for a limited period appropriate to security and operational needs, then deleted or anonymized. Project data created in the Studio is retained in your browser for as long as you keep it there and is removed when you clear it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data we hold about you, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, and to object to certain processing. Because Studio project data is stored locally in your browser, you can review and delete it directly through your browser controls at any time. To exercise rights relating to data we hold, contact us using the details below.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to [email protected]. Postal address and data controller details are placeholders to be completed before publication.
